One of the skills I wish I had learned as a young girl was sewing. It wasn’t that my mom didn’t know how, she was a seamstress and for many years earned extra money by sewing and mending for people. In fact, I tried, but I wasn’t very good, so I gave up. Now, I know the basics and how to sew on a button, but I wish I would’ve learned more.
